The Soyuz 1973 is a high-quality LDC microphone with a handmade capsule and first-class build quality. It features a custom resonator that reduces unwanted resonance and provides pop protection. This makes it ideal for recording vocals, voiceovers and podcasts. The 1973 has a streamlined housing and contains the same S23 capsule as the 023 Bomblet. This space-saving design allows miking even in hard-to-reach places.

The Soyuz 1973 is designed without transformers and has an extremely low inherent noise without compromising on its sound characteristics. It has both a -10 and -20 dB pad, making it well suited for high volume sources such as kick drums and amplifiers.

A FOREVER MICROPHONE

Do you miss the days when craftsmanship still counted for something? When the work was done internally. When a product was created from concept to completion under one roof, led by a single team with a shared dream.

So do we. That’s why we make our microphones the way we do.

This is less efficient than outsourcing to large factories overseas. But the results… ahhh the results! They are all worth it.
