During the development of the Lindell Audio Lin76, special emphasis was placed on recreating the timbres and nuances of the legendary 76 FET compressors. The user interface and functions are also based on the “originals”.
Next to the input and output gain are the continuously adjustable attack and release controls. The attack times are adjustable in the range of 20 µs and 500 µs, the release times between 50 ms and 1200 ms.
In addition to the ratios adjustable via the ratio buttons with the values 4:1, 8:1, 12:1, 20:1, the Lin76 also has the infamous “All Button” mode.
