Die aktuelle Version -S wurde erweitert und enthält nun zwei völlig unterschiedliche Topologien für Makeup Gain und Interfacing.
Note: The G23-S is supplied as standard with a mains voltage of 230V – If 115V is required, please specify when ordering.
- Preferred on 2Bus for mixing and mastering

Equalizer with gentleness and subtlety
What sets the G23-S apart from all other tilt EQs is that it is equipped with a highly linear filter with a slope of 1 dB/oct, so turning the tilt control produces an almost 100% straight frequency response curve. Overall, this allows for some correction without sounding “rectified”.
In addition to the tilt EQ, the G23-S has a Baxandall EQ on board that can be used to edit highs, mids and lows. The highs can be processed with +/- 4dB, the mids with +/- 2dB and the lows with +/- 6.5dB. All three bands have three different frequencies to choose from.
The active technology of the G23-S is selected via the bypass switch:
The “IN” position of the bypass switch selects a tube amplifier stage based on 6H23n (E88CC/6922) tubes combined with a classic transformer balanced input and output circuit. The “S” position switches to a solid state circuit. When the bypass is activated to “OUT”, it takes all the electronic circuitry out of the audio path and connects the input XLRs directly to the output XLRs using a relay.
