Any room can have a negative effect on the sound of a recording by distorting the direct signal through reverberation.
The PIB (Portable Isolation Booth) from GIK Acoustics isolates all sound sources, such as singers or instrumentalists, resulting in a significant improvement in recording quality.
The externally applied panel with attractive patterns ensures simultaneous diffusion and absorption.
Frequencies above 1kHz are scattered, while lower frequencies can penetrate the insulating material.
This creates a balanced sound.

Insulation Booth
The PIB can be easily folded and is therefore perfect as a portable free-standing vocal booth.
When folded, it can also be used for guitar recordings, for example.
There are 5 different wood colors and 15 diffusion patterns available to find the right look for your studio.

The 1D variant works with a series of mathematically calculated, sequential slits along the length of the module.
As a result, the 1D plate scatters sound horizontally.
2D (a) Option
The 2D variant works with a series of mathematically calculated, sequential points and slots.
As a result, the 2D panel scatters sound horizontally and vertically.
2D (b) Option
The 2D variant works with a series of mathematically calculated, sequential slots.
