SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping information for Germany:
In addition to the stated product prices, we charge a flat rate of 3.99 euros per order for delivery within Germany. From an order value of 50.00 euros, delivery within Germany is free of charge. You will be informed of the shipping costs again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery is usually carried out by GLS Business Parcel or DHL National Premium. Particularly large and heavy parcels and bulky goods weighing over 31.5 kg are shipped via forwarding services such as Cargoboard, DB Schenker or Fedex. Goods that are shipped directly by the manufacturer can also be delivered via other parcel and forwarding services.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
For orders with a total weight of over 31.5 kg or for shipping by a forwarding agent, additional shipping costs may be incurred, which will only be calculated afterwards. In this case, we will send the customer an individual shipping cost offer before shipping. The goods will only be dispatched after acceptance of this offer and payment of any additional costs incurred. If the customer does not accept the offer, the purchase contract remains valid for both parties without any further obligations.

In addition to the listed product prices, we charge a flat rate of 9.90 euros per order for delivery within Austria. Delivery within Austria is free for orders totaling 199.00 euros or more. Shipping costs will be displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.
