1. right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer consumers with an active customer account at Audiosteps a voluntary right of return of a further 16 days, so that a total 30-day return period is granted.

2. exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Custom-made & personalized products: Goods that are not prefabricated and have been manufactured or customized according to individual customer requirements.
• Sealed hygiene and health products: Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Sealed data carriers: sound or video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Digital content & download products: Software, plugins, digital products or products with activation code
• Newspapers, magazines & periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

3. right of withdrawal & withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the last goods.

4. exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Audiosteps Commerce KG, Blasewitzer Str. 41, 01307 Dresden, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter, e-mail or via our online form).

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can also report your revocation directly online via our chat under “Beartung” or “Kundenservice”.

We will confirm receipt of your revocation immediately by e-mail.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the declaration of withdrawal before the 14 days have expired.

5 Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments (including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs for a more expensive shipping option than our standard delivery) immediately, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. The refund will be made within the statutory period of 14 days from receipt of your return. Please note that, depending on the payment method and payment service provider (in particular credit card and Klarna), the credit may take additional processing time over which we have no control.

6. return of the goods

• The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
• The customer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
• On our Create return page we offer discounted shipping labels, which are offset against the refund.

6.1. Packaging conditions for returns

• The goods must completely incl. Scope of delivery (original packaging & accessories).
• The product box may only be sealed with transparent packaging tape.
  ❗ If other adhesive tapes (e.g. fabric tape, duct tape) are used, we will charge a restocking fee of 5% of the value of the goods.
• The product must be securely packaged (e.g. by using the holding devices provided by the manufacturer or filling material between the product packaging and the outer packaging). If the shipment was delivered in outer packaging (shipping carton), suitable outer packaging must also be used for the return shipment.

6.2. Return costs & shipping insurance

We offer optional return labels. The costs depend on the value of the goods:

• GLS parcel up to 40kg 5,90 EUR* (shipping insurance up to 750 EUR)
• DHL parcel up to 31.5 kg 7.50* (shipping insurance up to 500 EUR)

* National shipping within Germany. For other countries, please refer to the return form for prices. Prices incl. statutory value added tax. Will be deducted from the refund if the credit balance is sufficient. Shipping is at your own risk.

7 Obligation to pay compensation & inspection of the goods

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if this is due to an unnecessary use of the goods that goes beyond the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (in accordance with Article 16 of the VRRL). or damage has been caused by negligent return shipment (see 6.1)
