The minimalist Quested SB10 is the perfect companion for the S-Series near-field monitors (S7R and S8R) as well as the V2104. The subwoofer’s 10-inch driver is housed in a deliberately generously sized enclosure that is 60 cm wide; low-frequency signals are reproduced with ease down to 25 Hz, and when needed, it can produce a sound pressure level of a whopping 116 dB SPL. The bass reflex port is located on the front. We recommend using the Quested SBC250, our in-house 250-watt amplifier/controller, to power the SB10. On the back is the connection terminal with gold-plated terminals for bare wire ends or a banana plug.
The SB10 can be set up either horizontally or vertically. The package includes 4 rubber feet that can be mounted either on the bottom or on the side. If you want to add spikes to the SB10, they are also included in the package. Optional genuine accessories include a front grille (SB10R) and special monitor stands (STS-S, STS-M), which allow you to mount the S7R directly onto the subwoofer.
The SB10 is handmade in Ottery St. Mary, Devon (UK), Quested offers a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
