For every euro (net) you spend at Audiosteps, you automatically receive 1 Gear Coin. You can also collect Gear Coins if you, for example:

Your collected Gear Coins count for life. The more you collect, the higher you level up – and benefit from better redemption values per order. Best of all, your level does not expire.

You can redeem your Gear Coins for discounts or vouchers at any time – from as little as 100 coins. The amount of your cashback depends on your current level.

Your status in the Audiosteps Loyalty Program increases with each Gear Coin. The more you collect, the higher your level increases.
Your level is based on the number of Gear Coins you have collected throughout your life. As soon as you reach a new level, it remains permanently active – there is no relapse.

You automatically become part of the program as soon as you have an Audiosteps customer account. Gear Coins are automatically credited to you with every qualifying purchase or promotion.
You collect Gear Coins through purchases (€1 net = 1 coin), product reviews, Instagram follows or recommendations. Further campaigns are available in your customer account depending on your level.
Gear Coins can be redeemed from 100 coins. Depending on your level, you can redeem more or less per order. You can find the redemption limits in the level overview above.
Your Gear Coins do not expire. You can accumulate them at any time and redeem them at a later date.
No, Gear Coins cannot be combined with other vouchers or discount codes. The redemption applies exclusively per order.
Individual promotional products, bundles or discounted items may be excluded from the Gear Coin allocation. These products are marked accordingly.
In the customer area under “Gear Coins & Rewards” you will find your points balance, redeemed coins, your current level and how many Gear Coins you need to reach the next level.
