If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have a full 30 days to return your ordered product and get your money back. It’s our way of supporting you and making sure you make the right decision.
How does it work?
If you would like to return a product, simply fill out our withdrawal and return form:
Conditions and exceptions
Our 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to consumers (§ 13 BGB). The goods must be returned in mint condition with undamaged product packaging. Excluded are all products that are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our withdrawal policy.
For other products, only the 14-day right of withdrawal applies (§ 13 BGB):
- Headphones
- Audio Interfaces
- Studio furniture
- Acoustic modules
- Products that are labeled with a special price or have been purchased at a reduced price as part of a promotion.
In addition to these exceptions and extensions, our same conditions apply as in our revocation provisions of the statutory 14-day right of revocation:
