3 YEAR AUDIOSTEPS WARRANTY
Your purchases from Audiosteps are covered by our 3-year warranty. This means that we extend the manufacturer’s statutory warranty period (usually 12 months) to 36 months at our expense.
As a distributor, importer and authorized dealer of reputable brands, we are convinced of the quality of the products we offer for sale. Products that do not meet our quality standards are not even included in our range.
Exceptions
Wear materials such as batteries/rechargeable batteries, tubes (also in devices), pots and crossfaders are of course excluded. The same applies to furniture. Signs of wear and tear on instruments and devices are only covered if they have occurred despite appropriate care or due to demonstrably poor workmanship. Cables are also excluded from the 3-year warranty. However, our cable manufacturer Van Damme offers a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on many of its products.

Return and exchange of defective goods
Contact our customer support team, quoting your invoice number or order number, and report the damage briefly and clearly. We will provide you with a return slip with which you can send the goods back to us. We will repair the goods. If a repair is not possible, we will exchange the goods for new ones.
